The food tonight was not very good at all. Very dissapointed. I spent over $42 for dinner and received an awful product. The mashed potatoes were yellow and tasted funny and the biscuits were had as a rock. Our chicken had over an inch of batter on it. Let's talk about crispy!!!! So hard that you could barley chew it. What happened to KFC??? Not sure I would ever try it agin. Even the soda was watered down.

I don't when they closed the store on the East side of Brainerd, I live on the east side and would not waste my time going to the one in Baxter. In my opinion it is a pig sty buffet counter full of slopped food, greasy floors, service poor at best.

2 stars because of cleanliness. Floor was covered with grease from the front door to the restroom. It was so slippery it was dangerous. Every patron was slipping and staff just ignored it. I know that there are restaurant grade cleaners that will remove grease from floors. It is Memorial Day and it didn't appear that there was a manager there because we could hear the staff discussing other jobs they had applied for recently. Food was was fresh and typical for KFC.
